Sweet Amsterdam brings you the taste of Amsterdam in it’s traditional way, full of flavors found only in the streets of Europe.
Waffles, Poffertjes, Frikandel or the Bitterballen are just a few to name.
The Menu is located on the large concession window swing door for the customers to visualize the sweets they are to experience. The truck is equipped with a Atosa Freezer and Atosa Fridge. Next to the Fridge is a Waring electric burner with a Waring Waffle maker. There’s another Vollrath two burner placed on the top of the cabinet right next to the Waring Panini grill. The frying is done by two countertop APW Wyott Fryers. A 10 Gallon Fire Suppression System takes care of the safety of the employees in case of an emergency. The Ice Cream cabinet was a special custom out of state order and is facing the customers together with the Turbo Air Salad bar. The 29.3 Gallon Propane tank supplies the LP appliances. A separate Fresh Water Tank was installed as some of the ingredients contain powder that has to be mixed using a fresh water separate from the Potable water tank used for the hand wash sink and the 3 compartment sink. The electrical appliances are powered by a Cummins Onan 10kW Diesel Generator. The truck received a beautiful custom designed wrap.
