It’s as simple as naming it the Yellow Truck. The whole idea behind this Food Truck was to serve the Customers at a very busy Gas Station in Ventura County. The Kitchen is equipped with a large 72” Salad Bar with prep area. Next to the salad bar is a 6.5 cf Freezer. On top of the freezer rest one of the Food Warmers. Next to the Food Warmer we find and Oven with a 36” Griddle, a Two Basket Fryer and on top of the cabinet and prep space a Two Bulb Heat Lamp. The Drink Fridge is located right next to the Order Window for an easy access to the drinks. The Air Conditioning keeps the kitchen nice and cold during the hot summer days. Cummins Onan Generator handles all the power delivery in the kitchen. 3 Compartment Sink, Hand Wash Sink, 6 Gallon Water Heater, 50 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, 80 Gallon Waste Water Tank, LP Tanks, Custom Built Cabinets and Shelves are all standard.
