From Mars to Earth.

Not too long ago we were approached to build a unique Food Cart that would serve people right on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. Building a food cart is nothing special; but making it unique is what makes the difference. The Cart is fitted with a 24” American Range Griddle. The cabinet underneath hides the LP Tank and provides extra storage. The 27” Salad Bar with the prep table takes care of the refrigeration and keeps the toppings cold. Right next to it is a large cabinet providing even more storage. Under the hand wash sink in an enclosed cabinet is the water heater with Fresh and Waste Water Tanks. The food is served on a custom made surfboard and the chef is protected from the sun with a beautiful custom umbrella.
