The idea behind this truck was to be able to cook a wide variety of foods. The electrical equipment is powered by the Onan Cummins generator. It was outfitted with a Atosa reach in Fridge, 36” Turbo Air Refrigerator with Salad bar and an under counter Atosa Freezer. Cooking is done on the 36” Vulcan Countertop Griddle which provided us with extra space for cabinets underneath. A 2 burner was placed next to the griddle and a two basket Frymaster Dean Fryer was installed next to the Heat Lamp. The truck received two warmers to keep the food fresh and warm. Three compartment sink and the hand wash sink are standard and a 6 Gallon Rheem Ruud water heater takes care of the hot water. A/C was installed to keep the truck nice and cool during summer. The truck received two propane tanks and we even custom built the shelves.
