We recommend using the Onan generators as they have a superior quality and are the quietest and lowest vibration generators in its class. The Quiet Gas EFI is the first Electronic Fuel Injection generator set in the industry. EVAPporative specification for trailer applications required to meet CARB Tier 3 and EPA phase 3 standards. The advanced digital control provides extensive diagnostic capabilities by constantly monitoring the generator set’s operation and alerting for potential problems. It also assists the operator or service personnel in troubleshooting a variety of operating conditions and service checks. The EFI provides improved hot and cold start capability, runs two ACs, has an enclosed muffler, has an electronic governor for voltage stability and frequency control. The Onan generators come with a 2-year limited warranty and a 5-year drive warranty.
These water heaters are perfect for a Concession Truck application. Temperature range is from 110 Degrees to 170 Degrees F. This product has been certified by a third party to be compliant with the “Safe Drinking Water Act” requirements for low lead in potable water applications (human consumption – drinking and cooking) and meets the strict CA requirements. American Range fryers have a durable, 35 to 50 gallon, stainless steel tank and two nickel-plated baskets with cool-to-the-touch handles for operator safety. We like to use the American Range Griddles and Charbroilers as they are very reliable, high quality and their heavy duty radiant bars provide optimum heat distribution. The Radiant Charbroiler allows juices from the meat to drip down onto the radiants, resulting in searing flames and smoke that enhances flavor.

The individually controlled stainless steel burners are placed every 6” for maximum output and flexibility. Each burner has a manual gas control valve that allows use of selected burners.
