The Equipex Waffle maker handles the huge demand for waffles. The meat is prepared on a 24” Countertop Turbo Air Griddle, and the Fries are fried in two Dean Master two-basket Fryers. The-2 Well Duke Steam Table keeps the toppings warm. A choco dispenser makes sure the chocolate sauce is always fresh and ready to dispense. Next to the Choco dispenser we find the Avantco Proofing Cabinet. Two Atosa one door Refrigerators keep the ingredients cold. The 36” Beverage Air Salad Bar is next to the Steam Table and the 27” Atosa salad bar is across from the Fryers between the two Serving windows. The Delfield drop in Freezer handles the Ice cream and the undercounter Atosa Freezer holds the frozen goodies. This truck has a high electrical demand. All that power is taken care of by a 12kW Cummins Onan generator. On the warm days the Air Conditioning comes in more than handy. Music is delivered by a custom sound system. The nicely designed cartoonish themed wrap is what makes this truck stand out from the crowd. Again, the 3 Compartment sink, Hand Wash sink, 6 Gallon Water Heater, 50 Gallon Fresh Water Tank, 80 Gallon Waste Water Tank, 100 Lb. LP Tank, LED lights, Custom built Cabinets and Shelves come standard.
