The 3 Geeks are back. The demand is high, one food truck is not enough. Our Client requested the exact same copy of the first truck we already built for him and that’s what we did. It’s equipped with a Turbo Air Fridge and a Turbo Air Freezer. The 48” Turbo Air Salad Bar keeps the toppings cold and three Frymaster Dean Fryers take care of the frying. The drinks are nice and cold in the Turbo Air Drink Cooler. This truck is equipped with the 36” Turbo Air Griddle. Onan Cummins generator was used to power all the electrical appliances. Two 29.3 Gallon LP Tanks make sure there’s always enough LP on board, even for events that might take few days. The electronic A/C unit with a remote control handles the warm days and the Custom Sound System entertains the customers waiting for their food. Three cameras are installed to keep an eye on the kitchen floor. Three compartment sink and the hand wash sink are standard. The water is being warmed up by a 6 Gallon LP Water Heater. Potable Water tank holds 50 Gallons of fresh water and the Waste water tank holds 80 Gallons. There were few minor changes in the color of the design and the logo is now lit up by two custom LED lights.
