Bokchoy on Wheels is a truck designed to introduce people the healthy way of eating. There’s a display area on the front for the customers to point at the bok-choy they would like to be prepared for them. The display area is cooled down to keep the bok-choy at the right temperature. On top of that the truck is equipped with a Two Door Atosa Refrigerator and an Undercounter Atosa Freezer. Outside next to the display area you can find the two Turbo Air Drink Coolers. The Southbend oven with 6 Burners and a Charbroiler takes care of the food preparation. The vegetables are being washed in a separate sink with a dipping tray. On top of the counter you’ll find two Winco rice cookers and a Hobart Meat Slicer. For warmer days the truck received a custom A/C unit. There are two 29.3 gallon LP tanks to make sure the truck never runs out of LP even in very long work days. The Onan 6500W generator delivers the electrical power to the kitchen. The 3 Compartment sink and the Handwash sink are standard. The Rheem-Ruud water heater is responsible for delivering the hot water to all 3 sinks. The custom wrap was designed to stand out from the crowd and attract people to introduce the new healthy way of eating.
