Our team was approached to build a custom food truck for 3 Geeks, LLC in San Jose. The project started with a careful selection of the appliances followed by the layout design. Together with the customer we selected the Turbo Air Fridge and Freezer, 48” Turbo Air salad bar, three Frymaster Dean Fryers, the Vulcan 48” griddle with thermostat and a Turbo Air drink cooler. After all the appliances were installed it was time for the Fire Suppression system to take its place. Onan Cummins generator was used to power all the appliances and to provide electricity. The truck received an electronic air conditioning unit to cool down the kitchen and cameras were installed to keep an eye on the kitchen floor. Three compartment sink and a hand wash sink are standard. Rheem Rhuud water heater was safely placed under the sink. A Custom concession window was created with a built in TV and the truck received a fully custom designed wrap.
